You as the purchaser, have a right to use the designs for embroidery on fabric or other material for personal use and limited resale on embroidered items. When selling items, using our designs, that are advertised on a public forum or media, (TV, print media, internet, etc.), we insist that proper credit be given and a link to our website be added. These designs may not be duplicated, re-bundled, altered (except for customizing with lettering), given away, loaned, resold, or shared in any form. Designs may be purchased by individuals not corporations. You may not give designs away as a gift. No other permission is written or implied. If you wish to use the designs for mass production, you must contact us to make arrangements. Every effort has been made to assure design quality.
